General
If you have complaints regarding roads, drainage, trees, parks, street lights and other local issues, you can contact MBSJ through: -

NOTE: When making a complaint, please specify the location (road name etc) and attach photos (if applicable). In addition, please specify your name, IC and contact number. All successful complaints will be given a reference number.
Waste
For matters relating to waste, please download the Selangor iClean app to make a complaint. Please note that waste on playground falls under MBSJ's jurisdiction - please provide your feedback at the contact details above.
Street Lamp Post
For round concrete lamp posts, please contact TNB's careline at 15454.
For hexagon steel lamp posts, please contact MPSJ at 03-8024 7700.
Water
For water related issues, please contact Air Selangor at 15300.
Sewage
For matters relating to sewage, please contact Indah Water at 03-2780 1100 or email care@iwk.com.my. For billing enquiries please contact +603 2083 2828.
